A checkout page or a bank debit alone does not confirm that the team upgrade completed. The payment must be confirmed and applied to the intended team's purchase. A zero-value Card or PayPal check buys no credits; a paid verification purchase adds its credits once confirmed.
Check the team's billing mode and the existing purchase status before paying again. Confirm that the business and consent requirements were completed by an owner or administrator. If the payment succeeded but the team remains Free, send support the purchase reference, time, and amount. Remove full payment credentials from any receipt you attach.
