Pairing does not guarantee that a number can start at every later moment. A paid start checks funding, and an account or team restriction can also block the action. A saved connection is different from permission to run it.
Read the start error and check the correct team's balance and access state. Resolve the named blocker before attempting another start. Re-pairing does not fix insufficient credits or a payment hold. If the blocker appears resolved but the same error remains, send support the number reference, time, and visible message without including credentials.
