Deletion can wait for financial blockers or completion of resource cleanup. A pending request is not a completed erasure, and an unavailable page is not proof that every affected resource was removed. Repeating deletion does not safely finish an uncertain operation.
Check the existing request's status and the blocker shown. Contact support with the original reference, time, and what you expected to be deleted. Keep that reference for follow-up and avoid creating a replacement resource under the assumption that cleanup finished. Support must review the actual result before advising recovery.
