A checklist reflects saved results in the selected project. A disconnected number, revoked key, or disabled webhook does not count as a completed requirement. A step that only opened a dialog has not necessarily saved its change.
Reopen the item and confirm its saved state in the same project. The successful-request item depends on an observed request; a missing observation alone does not prove your integration failed. Check the actual response before repeating work. If a completed item stays incomplete, report the item, time, and visible result so support can investigate the mismatch.
