A history read requires the appropriate current permission and eligible enabled storage. A credential that can send a message does not necessarily have permission to read retained content. A revoked enrollment or membership can remove access without proving that the underlying records were deleted.
Check the returned error before treating the result as an empty history. Confirm the intended number, project, and authorized credential type. Send support the safe error code and time if your access appears correct. Never share the token or ask another customer to query the same data.
