Launch credits depend on the team's and account's eligibility and completion of the offer's requirements. They are applied automatically when eligible; there is no separate claim step. A payment-method update alone is not a new qualifying credit purchase.
Review the offer progress shown during upgrade. Eligible Pix or UPI teams need a confirmed starting purchase of at least 100 credits; the first scheduled purchase can count. If Billing shows completed requirements but no offer credits, ask support with the team and purchase reference. Do not create another team or repeat payment to force eligibility.
