When you select Marketing campaigns, the upgrade requires both an explanation of how people opt in and how they opt out, plus confirmation that consent can be verified. An older saved answer without opt-out details does not complete the new requirement. Screenshots are optional evidence, not a substitute for the answers.
Review Traffic and consent in the same team and save both answers. Non-marketing traffic does not require hidden marketing fields. If saved answers disappear or a completed section stays blocked, tell support which requirement and result you see, without uploading customer lists.
