An existing native conversation keeps its messages and context when you reopen the chat. Opening it again does not erase the conversation or automatically submit another report. The request-type form applies when starting a new conversation.
For the same issue, reply in the existing thread with the new details. For a separate problem, use the chat's available new-conversation action and choose its type. Do not clear browser storage merely to force another form: that can lose local access to the previous conversation. Mention the earlier issue if support needs to relate the requests.
