An older business profile can be missing fields now required for the upgrade, such as country, company type, legal name, or the applicable tax identifier. A saved public business name alone does not confirm that the payment and invoice details are complete.
Review Business details in the selected team's inline upgrade checklist. In Brazil, use the appropriate CPF or CNPJ for the selected company type; enter it only in the designated form. If valid saved details are still rejected, report the field and error to support. Do not paste a full tax identifier into the chat.
