Canceling renewal stops the next renewal; it does not immediately remove benefits already paid for. Those benefits continue until the end of the paid period shown for the add-on. Cancellation is different from a refund request.
Check the add-on's renewal state and period end in the correct team. If renewal still appears enabled after a confirmed cancellation, contact support with the add-on and time of the action. Do not purchase a second copy to change its status. Ask separately about an unexpected renewal charge, including its purchase reference.
