Check the pack, frequency, and next payment date in Billing. During upgrade, this first scheduled purchase replaces a separate starting purchase. If the amount or frequency differs from what you approved, contact support with the schedule and purchase references. Do not start a second schedule while the first confirmation is unresolved.
