Balance history includes credit purchases, usage, grants, and adjustments. Payment history records purchases and their payment status. A credit grant is not a card payment, and a balance adjustment does not by itself mean a refund was sent to your bank.
Compare the same team, date range, amount, and reference across both views. If an entry remains unexplained, ask support about that specific transaction rather than sending your entire account history. Include the date and reference, with financial and customer details removed from screenshots.
